With doctoral training under Dr. Albert Bandura and a career spent advancing self-efficacy, leadership development, and behavior change science, Dr. Steele ensures that everything within The Lighthouse — from The Creation Code to the Academy’s certification programs — stands on evidence-based foundations. He is both a steward of the science and a mentor to the next generation of Lighthouse instructors.
